Strap the 15 lb weight to your upper back and do a variety of pushups. Then strap it to your chest and do a variety of situps. Then strap it to your ankles and do a variety of leg raises.

...and many many many more interesting and creative ways to use 15 lbs. icon_biggrin.gif

There are a lot of lies in this thread, you don't even need weights to get a popping chest.

Guess how many times a week I bench press, free-weight press, horizontal press, incline/decline press/bench?

I am not bragging at all, I don't think I have an amazing chest, but I have one (look at the pics) and they only weights are use are 10lbs-15lbs as pushbup bars so I can hyperextend.

Do you want heavier weights if you are wanting mass? Yes, but you are going to need to eat too!
Do you need heavier weights or weights at all to get definition and some build? No.
