Just weighed in today and foiund that I have lost 21lbs since the beginning of the year! I know this kinda sounds self praise and I'm sorry if it comes off this way but ithis is a huge deal for me. I have proved that I can get myself back into shape after my shoulder injury serioulsy through me way off track. I feel great and I'm look better too. Any suggestions are always appreciated. I am trying to decrease body fat % and increase muscle mass (mostly upper body). Thanks to all that have been so supportive and sent advice etc, looking forward to meeting some new people too.

    Congratulations on your achievement, Outlaw!

I don't find anything self-aggrandizing about sharing an achievement that you acknowledge was gained through help from the community. In my view that's "giving credit where credit is due", AND letting people know that they can get good, valuable advice that can lead to real world results.

    Way to go!

Congratulations, self praise all you like, love to hear about success; every time one is told it motivates others.
I think you should be the one giving the suggestions.
So, tell us what you did?

Congrats! I shared your excitement back in January when I'd lost 30 lbs.

Congrats Outlaw, you should be proud of yourself. I am proud of you.

I had lost 30 pounds as of January, however I was waylaid a little bit cause I fell down the stairs and broke my kneecap and my elbow. I am now back on track to lose the next 25 lbs and start building some muscle.

I am proud of everyone who takes the initiative to lose weight and start taking care of themselves.

    Congrats to you again.

As a former fattie, I know how hard losing weight can be, so congrats!
