Just weighed in today and foiund that I have lost 21lbs since the beginning of the year! I know this kinda sounds self praise and I'm sorry if it comes off this way but ithis is a huge deal for me. I have proved that I can get myself back into shape after my shoulder injury serioulsy through me way off track. I feel great and I'm look better too. Any suggestions are always appreciated. I am trying to decrease body fat % and increase muscle mass (mostly upper body). Thanks to all that have been so supportive and sent advice etc, looking forward to meeting some new people too.
