Hey everyone. I'm new to this site and I am trying to gain weight (bulk up). Well I received the Perfect Push as a Christmas gift and I wanted to know what was everyone else's opinion was about the system?

    Take care

    Hey Sid!
I bought the Perfect Push Ups just a few weeks ago and after using them a few times now I must say I have noticed a change in the shape of my arms and pecs. Since the push ups rotate as you perform the push ups it stresses different areas of the muscles you normally wouldn't hit with traditional push ups. I use these in conjunction with push up bars. I LOVE push up bars because they keep your form from getting sloppy. Do two sets of push up bars followed by 3 sets of Perfect Push Ups (10 -15 reps ea. set) and tell me what you think.

My ex got me them. They are way intense and there's a few different ways they can be used (as I'm sure you've discovered).
I'm glad I have them when I can't make it to the gym on some days. icon_biggrin.gif

Hey there, I purchased them too. I thought I could make more than 20 push ups as I can do more regular ones. After trying them out I was able to barely do 15.

I think they work but, if you want to bulk up, I think its better to do bench press or free weights.

I have 'em, and I like 'em. I think they work well. I use them as a supplement to my trips to the gym. I use them every other day, interchanging them with pull-ups.

Yeah Thats what I do too. I've been using them a lot lately. I'm up to about 50 push ups.

Yeah I think they are good but only as a supplement...
