Has anybody else tried the principles this guy discusses on his site?

    http://www.precisiontraining.com/Static_Contraction_Are_You_Building_Muscle_Or_Just_Lifting_Weights.html

Just wondered what kind of results you're getting if you have tried it.

    Tried? No. Succeeded? Yes.
All he's saying is that if you want to make gains, you have to push yourself beyond previous limits with every workout and never get stuck in a rut.

Yeah, I understand that brother. But after years of Weider / pyramid scheme / full range of motion principles, it's an adjustment to really commit to this. I mean, he says to use super heavy weights in only your strongest range of motion, one rep per exercise, hold the weight for 5 seconds. That's weird to get used to. I have seen some extraordinary gains from this. But I'm not seeing many replies. I guess nobody knows about it.
