Just in case you forgot. Apparently a lot of old cast will be on too, including Tina Fey, etc.

Why is "muffin" slang for? I have never heard it before?

She was FANTASTIC!! Great opening monologue and she was in EVERY SINGLE sketch. Amazing performance, and the best show SNL has done in years.

Not permanently, but she did help them for one week.
The Betty White SNL episode won the night's best ratings.

In the first place (except for the 2008 election year skits, which were brilliant), I've never been a SNL fan. With few exceptions, their attempts at comedy just kind of lie there.

Betty White was obviously a seasoned trouper. And, she read the cue cards (not looking like she was reading cue cards) better than any of the regulars on the show. I loved her monologue.

I just wish that they hadn't made every effort to make her as vulgar as possible. It's bad enough when younger people try to do it for laughs. But, when an old woman does it, it just isn't funny. Bawdy is funny. Vulgar isn't funny. They included every possible low class attempt at humor except putting her in a farting contest.

That "McGroober" sketch wasn't funny the first time they did it. But, they keep on dragging it out again and again. And, in this SNL episode, they tortured us with THREE versions of this lame nonsense. Am I correct that they're actually making a film based on this drivel, or was that just more SNL silliness ?

With the exception of Jason Sudeikis, Seth Meyers, Kenan Thompson, and Fred Armisen, the entire cast needs to be replaced. And, they're desperate for some good writers.

I'm with you on all that, although I would say that making fun of mentally disabled people with birth defects is unquestionably in very poor taste.
