I'm keeping this as a kind of log to let people know how it's working and how I'm personally dealing with it.

I can stand to lost ten pounds, and I hope to for Summer. It will be the first time I've seen abs in years. Having seen many commendations for USPLab's OEP I decided to buy a 90-cap bottle. It's been recommended for its potency, notably in appetite suppression and energy-inducing effects.

I started yesterday, and took one capsule to assess tolerance. I had gobs of energy at the gym, more so (I think) than taking any nitric oxide product. I got through my workout with energy to spare. I had no appetite til later in the evening (family bbq where I had turkey burgers on flaxseed multigrain pita buns... I know eh).

    May 9:
I've taken two this morning, and I can't stop dancing.

Please keep us posted on you progress. Cause I'm looking for a good fat burner. Plus I always like usplabs products. Prime and jack'd work very well.

Yes, OxyElite Pro is a great thermogenic; I've also purchased it. I took the recommended dosage and 45 minutes later, I could not stop sweating. I've been using it for about a week now and I'm used to the strong effects. I have higher energy in the gym, and I've noticed that after I do my sets, you can feel the heat rushing through your body. I've lost 6 lbs already, however, .5% of that was body fat. I'm focused more on fat loss, NOT weight lost specifically.

I'd suggest eating something to replenish glycogen immediately following your workout. White rice, grapes, recovery drink from the gym....something with sugar to replenish your glycogen stores (the one time when sugar is a good thing). Then about an 60-90 minutes later, eat a full meal.

Your profile says you only do cardio 3 times a week for 45 minutes a session. I'd bump that up to at least 5 a week if not everyday. Fat loss comes from burning more calories than you consume so burning 600 calories 5 times a week is almost enough to burn a lb of fat as long as you have eaten less along with it.

Don't rely too much on the fat burning supplements. I've tried numerous one's over the years and they will give you energy but as far as burning significant ADDITIONAL amounts of body fat over and above diet and exercise......not sold on them (at least not the over the counter nutricutical types).

I should update that. I burn roughly 200 (I'm guessing low, too) calories per weight-training session and I usually mix in HIIT for about 15 minutes into every work out.

I'll get back again tomorrow, I'm too wiped from work now to be any kind of useful.

    May 10, day 3:

I had to stagger the two pills in the morning. Yesterday was a harsh crash and burn that made working yucky.

I got complimented by a bodybuilder for having changed the way I looked so far in the months I see him there. I also went to the hot tub afterwards and ssaw myself in the mirror... I'm getting happier with how things are going.

My energy today was great, I got through a good back and legs workout with twenty minute cardio at the end.

Yes actually. I don't know, however, if I should attribute it too placebo, the pill, or just a renewed sense of determination though.

I doubt its the placebo effect, however, even on my "off / non workout" days, when i take the dosage of OXYelite, i still get my burst of Heat and Energy and i simply cant sit still. I would say its the pill AND determination. I am glad you are logging your progress of the product... thank you for that!

I can't guess how many of these testimonies I've seen that I thought sounded conspicuous or suspiciously like a paid advertisement. With my own log I can a) keep track of my progress and b) refer to something for others that doesn't gloss over the bad days or the doubts I have.

I never believed those Testimonies because they were all beautifully sculpted people; the before / after pictures seemed to be EXTREMELY photoshopped as well. Fortunately, this does what it says, so far, so i am sold.

    May 11, Day 4:

Another good workout, this time chest and shoulders. Tomorrow I'm hoping to concentrate on just cardio, HIIT mostly.

    May 12, Day 5:

My cardio day. Twenty five minutes moderate-hard on elliptical trainer, then twelve on cross-trainer (a cross between step-mill and elliptical) and some weight-lifting. I worked on my forearms and abs and then finished with another ten minutes of elliptical.

In total I burned roughly 550 calories from cardio. I then had a protein shake with water and a teaspoon of glutamine.

Right now I'm heating 6 chicken strips.

    May 13, Day 6:

Taking two at once is not a good idea, at least for me. Extreme energy followed by a crash in mental acuity. Staggering works best.

Also, never exceed 3 in a day. You'll know it's a mistake when you do it.

Today I did an arm workout, and I hope to hit my arms a second time later tonight, not satisfied with my workout earlier today.

    EDIT:

ALSO, don't drink. It just isn't worth it when you want to lose the rest of your weight. I feel like I failed from having drank gin (oh but low-calories!) last night and my head is pounding.

For results, sacrifice is needed. I did make meatloaf apparently, though.

    May 14, Day 7:

Got over my hangover, staggered two pills and blasted a good workout on my back and legs with twenty-five minutes cardio at the end.

I am noticing. And I've gotten compliments from a friend I ran into at the gym that my work is paying off.

Of course for me it's never fast enough.

    May 15:

I had two in the morning, two staggered in the afternoon and towards the evening. I DO NOT recommend taking more than the prescribed 3.

Anyway, good workout as always, you feel heated, as well as still very energetic at the end. You also sweat doing cardio but it's an awesome feeling.

I drank again last night, half a mickey of gin... the next morning, maybe because of the gin and my relative ill-usage of that kind of liquor, but hangovers suck worse.

    May 16:

Had work from 9-5 this day so I didn't pop two in the morning. There's no point. When you take these pills you have energy and you need to use that energy.

    May 17:

Did a chest workout. On the warm-up cardio I had a little hesitance--I was feeling chest pains. Nothing big, but it worries me. I think I'll slow down the intake to just two a day.

    ***************************************************************

I did some quick math on the food I have in a day, a caloric account or somesuch.

In the morning I have a protein shake before I go to the gym, then a protein shake when I get back, as well as the bulk of carbohydrates in the form of a sandwich with natural peanut butter and some Nutella...

But that equals 1200 calories and it's not even 11 AM!

So next I have meatloaf (I'm trying to limit my meals) for lunch at work at about 4PM. It's 7 oz and roughly 600 calories. My last meal is a can of tuna that has 120 calories. When I get home I have a protein shake and some cottage cheese before bed, roughly 180 calories.

So I have 2100 calories in a day, while burning roughly 300 calories at the gym.

Is this enough to see healthy, fast results?

Out of curiosity, are you tracking weight during all of this as well? That's what I'd be curious about, even though I know it's not a huge indicator of gains - look and feel obviously play are larger role. But how are those numbers treating you?

    Today 158.

    Normally it's hovering around 165-175.

Taken with a grain of salt, it's still not worth much.

I tend not to go by weight and numbers because they can be misleading. It's only like 8% body fat I'm needing to get rid of, so right now I go by weekly images in the mirror. And compliments.

    May 20th:

Good leg and back workout, some cardio, not as much as I would like though.

Haha, I don't get horny for some reason, just energetic... of course I just don't have a boyfriend.
