Basically, just get your buns outside and move around!

Basics.. lots of pushups and situps but especially in your case you better start eating a lot more than you're not eating now on top of those two things. You're almost emaciated looking to be frank.

Find a good pair of running shoes from the clearance section and start running outdoors. Mix it up with some cycling if you have or can borrow a bike. Does your city have community centers or a community pool to swim laps? Swimming can help you tone as well. Push ups and ab work at home of course. Good luck!

What is it you want to do in two months that requires a different look?
Pushups, sit-ups/crunches, pull-ups/chin-ups, and eating healthy will help; but two months is a very short deadline for a big change in body shape...especially if your budget doesn't allow for a gym and a trainer.

A little over 2 months isn't a long time but it's enough time to make at least a noticeable difference but not a stark difference and that's only if you pack in more food. If you don't you're just going to be wasting your time and get discouraged.

    Okay i'll bite....

Just what is happening in two months that you so desperately need to be in shape for Circuit Party, underwear photo shoot....gay singles cruise?

Join a gym and start a commitment to exercising/eating proper the rewards of looking and feeling good will come... Rather than a half assed approach

do dynamic exercises (combining two or more moves in one motion) and use heavy objects that are around the house as weights. work the parts of your body that you normally avoid or do less of (most guys don't do enough lower ab work). do a lot of stretching 'cos it helps to tone your body and eat just enough daily carbs.
when you're not working out, take the stairs not the elevator.
