Keeping Mental Focus in the Afternoon

    After about 1 PM, my mind begins to fade and my energy level drops. I eat 1-2 small snacks in the morning and a healthy lunch around 11:30. Then another healthy snack around 1:30-2 PM but my mental sharpness and my overall energy are about depleted. By the time I leave around 4 PM (work starts at 7 AM) I am exhausted to the point that I don;t want to go to the gym. BTW, I work at a high school.

    Any suggestions?

    Try eating a big breakfast and have a small snack for lunch. Big meals almost always put me to sleep or make me tired.
    And drink lots of water.
