Workout Routine

    Hey everyone,

    The summer is almost here, and I really want to start doing some strength training along with my cardio. I was just wondering if some of you could help me come up with a routine I could do for the week. I do want to keep swimming if that is alright to add, however my main goal is to bulk up. Thanks, and I'm sure anything will help since I'm relatively new to this!

    (1) You need to take what you eat more seriously than what you lift
    (2) You need to rest, which means lots of sleep and not over training
    (3) You need to work the whole body, using multiple joint exercises and just using single joint ones for frosting.
    (4) Try searching the site. There have been 1 or 200 similar threads.

    Do a bit more work in researching on here and I´ll be happy to help more specifically.
