Help for MY ARMs

    Hi Guys!
    I've been working out for almost a year and i just can't get my arms tone. I want to give them more definition i was wondering if anyone could tell the best way to define them without gaining to much mass.

    High reps with low weight...

    Make sure you're training both your biceps and triceps. Neglecting either will slow your definition down.

    Try boxing. You'll be surprised at how well it works to define your arms.

    If you're using machines, switch to free weights. It made a huge difference in my arms within a few months.
