Sigh... Even though I was never a fan of hers, I did appreciate that she wasn't following the path of Britney, Christina, etc etc. Now we just have another young blonde ripping her clothes off animalistically and bumping to club music.

    well I like the song!

I think its dumb that people wanted her to have the image because all these little girls looked up to her. She just needs to be who she is and I think she showed it with this song

    Great song!

It's not like it's her music or style. It is the record company. They decide where she is gonna go and what she is gonna do. They decide to what music they are gonna write for her, get the lame beats and loops made, record her and then add enough effects that you can't tell what her real voice sounds like...just like every other 'pop star'. Kind of makes my stomach turn. I am sure she has talent and potential to be a real artist, but not in the pop world. You could just as easily have a voice simulation on a computer sing this fake ass song song, besides that...it's not like there's any real instruments. I understand people like the beats and like to dance to stuff, but real music and real artist are too often overlooked and under appreciated these days.
    Just my opinion though

    yep.... another brittney.

mark my words: not long from now we'll start hearing about the drug issues and drama that seems to be the tradition among pop stars. their formula to success: (child star (innocent) + growing up/rebelling)*scandal = $$

The formula is pretty right on man, cept the big dogs calculate it backwards and seek what money makes. They spotted her a million miles away. Always an interesting psychological development in the rich and famous.

Wow I actually liked the song. It had a Rihanna feel to me. I could see her doing that. Anyway, it seems like the wholesome sweet girls that grow up in the media always go from one end of the spectrum to the other when they finally try to break free of their good girl image. I don't think there's anything wrong with it just as long as she doesn't let everything get to her head. She looked great and the song isn't bad so hopefully she continues to do well. That is all.

I actually like the song. Considering she is only 17, I've seen younger artist or artist before her shown more skin at a younger age. She is just a person recording music and shouldn't be treated like a role model to young girls.

Yeah, I can't stand it. Every time she shifts the pitch in her voice, you can hear how auto-tuned it is. Tons of overdubs, too. She obviously worked with a producer who's a big fan of slapping as much shit as possible into the recording. I don't care for keyboards, samples, etc. I wish they'd all go back to organic. Sit each of these chicks down with an acoustic guitar ONLY. Then we'll see who really has talent, or who's just the latest cooked up product.

Modestly talented at best. The product of brilliant marketing, right up there with the Olsen twins.

TRAILER PARK TRASH.. she's like lady gaga minus the talent, plus the penis.

i find that people who like her generally find carrot top hilarious.

Ouch, harsh. She's really no different than most female pop stars. It seems to be some right of passage into maturity, showing more skin = no longer bubble gum pop (see Britney, Christina, Rihanna, etc.). She's just following the trend.

Although this seems so similar to Lindsay Lohan's first music/ videos that it's almost shameful. Not to mention she looks a lot like her in the video.

went crazy over the song but the video was too dark...i think joseph kahn or melina could have treated it better....
but her next single "who owns my heart" is really awful...i hate that.
