Recently while I've been working out I get really intense headaches which seem to happen when I push myself too hard. When it happens, I normally take a short break and decrease the weights I'm using and it goes away, for the most part, after a few minutes. Has this happened to anybody else or does anybody know what it may mean? This is the third time this has happened to me in just over a week, so I'm starting to get a little worried.
