    Confidence in God
    Amazing Grace
    Never forsaken, never alone
    Christ, the Solid Rock
    Eternity with God my Father
    Rejoicing in hope, my Saviour

I do not grieve as those who have no hope. My prayer is that during this illness the Lord God will be glorified through me. If He is not, then the cancer in my body is only a disease.

I thank you Father for this wonderful opportunity to grow in spiritual strength, to learn patience, and to trust You more fully like never before. I rejoice when my heart swells in praise and thanksgiving to You. May You be glorified forever and ever, Amen.

The eternal God is your refuge, and underneath are the Everlasting Arms.
    Deuteronomy 33:27

I wrote this close to 10 years ago under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit. I am currently cancer free.
