It's really disappointing

    that the constraints of my body keep from lifting sometimes.. right now I am chomping at the bit to go.. but almost my entire body is noticeably sore from sessions the last couple days. Fail.

    Well shit, I'm STILL sore today after Sunday's workout.
    I guess that's to be expected when starting a new routine after a two week break. But dammit I wanna workout...sucks that the soreness has to be in my lower back. That's one area I really don't wanna fuck up, so I'll sit it out 'till tomorrow. icon_lol.gif
