I did it- squatted 250 for multiple reps..

    yep I did it..been wanting to do it for a long time.. slightly below parallel form was good .. warm up set was with 225, second set 4 reps with 250 , third set six reps 250....then I walked three miles home!
    Been able to do 225 with ease for sometime and 250 was my goal...now my goal is 270...[I weigh 170]
    My legs weren't that sore but my CNS felt like I had been hit by a two by four..and my testosterone is raging, but then again it always does after squat and deadlifts..
    I'm a happy camper...

    I used to hate squats 'till I realized that the leg muscles are the largest muscle groups in the body (hence more fat burning ability)...and that squats build the foundation for pretty much everything else you do in and out of the gym.

    I was @ 205 lbs (my max) yesterday x 10 reps. I once despised legs day....but I am liking it more and more.
