I know that these shows will not be a big factor in losing weight but I'm more interested in some of the other things that it's supposed to be helpful for. It claims to be ease stress on the knees, and lower back. It also helps blood circulation and strengths the core. Does anybody use Shape-Ups and does it really help with the things that the marketing copy claims?

I get back and knee pains on occasion so something to help with that in addition to strengthening the core would be awesome. Thanks for any feedback!

I've got a pair. Don't look to build any muscle but I do think it encourages better posture.

Do you notice any relief on the lower back and knees? What about tightening of the abs?

I know they look lame but they might work. I just want to hear from real people who've used it. The spokes people who endorse it are just paid to say it works...

I've been misinformed, I thought they were supposed to tone your butt.

Have you looked into MBT shoes? Those seem to be the original inspiration for the "Shape Ups" and people rave about them.

i have had them for a while and yes, they do tone your legs for sure.
get the ones with the dark soles so people cannot tell they are shape ups.

i like them, they work but i dont wear them everywhere.

nothing on the abs, i just feel a tightening in the legs and buttocks. I do karate most of the week so i can say its the shoes but i feel them when i walk in them. which by the way, you have to learn how to re-walk in them its awkward at first

Ok cool. Good to know. If it helped with the abs that'd be a bonus but I was pretty sure that was too good to be true.
