    So I have a "Ghetto Butt" and I don't want to loose it but I want to get better quads and hams. How I keep my big butt but tone the areas up?

    If you do the proper lower body exercises, you will have no problem having the butt you want.

    heck, you can have half of my butt, lol. Seriously though, hardcore leg workouts work! Im not focusing on getting a bigger butt, or a 'ghetto booty', but my butt certainly is getting more round by the day. You have nothing to worry about... if you got a donkey, it ain't going anywhere (its called a donkey for a reason, lol)

    Yeah- there's nothing ghetto about your butt and doing leg exercises will only help tone it even more...

    As soon as I started tumbling hardcore again my booty has grown and shaped up nicely. Bonus of doing circus work for a living.

    Ive got a big ass too, checkout my pics, and im not ashamed. Squats, deadlifts, and leg curls help make it bigger I find
