Have an underwear party on Sunday. What should I be eating/doing to look good?

    Hey Gang. I've got an underwear party at a local gay bar this sunday (its a white party so I'll probably be wearing the pair in my profile picture). I'm wondering what I should be eating between now and then to look my best? I know watermelon is good to flush out extra water, we used to eat it before photo shoots. It also just so happens that my work out lands on that day, I'm wondering if I should do my work out as early or as late as possible for best-looking results. Any advice would be awesome.     if you want a dryer look, low-carb(or no carb) usually does the trick, since your body won't carry as much water

    work out right before the party you will be pumped, and drink coffee black all day and no water. coffee is a diuretic so you will be dehydrated and skinny hahaha

    i don't really think there's much you can do in 24 hours that really would make a difference... the only thing i'd do as a go-go dance was push-ups and crunches before I headed out just to make the muscles tight

    one day is a bit short ? Im sure there must be some drugs to make you look completly dehydrated and cut beyond evil. turbo dehydrator testoanabolicus 2010 ? asparagus flushes excess water out as well or walmart undies in xxxxl that should cover your horrible looks up perfectly.... what exactly do you worry about here ? icon_biggrin.gif have fun !

    Okay, do you mind if I ask what your goal is because Sunday is in one day, yikes! So I had to look at your pictures ;-) and I would say since you're not really too defined or muscular then adding more definition or muscle might be out of the question in such short time. If your main goal is to lean up and look a bit tighter than cut carbs because lack of carbs flushes water from your system. The watermelon things sounds good too. Also do lots of cardio with sweat pants maybe. Good luck!
