I just decided I'm heading up to Toronto Pride this year; I'll be in town and I'm curious to know who else of y'all will be there too. icon_biggrin.gif

I'm also thinking about going as my first trip to Toronto, does anyone have any hotel recommendations near the events?

In terms of hotel ideas, if I were you I'd use priceline.com (in fact, I used it to book my room); you can name a price and choose the area of the city you'd like to stay in, etc etc. If you choose any of the downtown areas, you'll not be far from Church Street and the festivities. I bid 85 dollars and ended up with a 4 star hotel room that is listed on the website for 270, so I'd HIGHLY recommend you try and bid for something. Hope this helps!

www.hotwire.com is another decent option that you can use to get a gauge of market prices for your priceline bid.

I have plans to go. But there is a chance I will be moving to Portland in two weeks to start a job.

If I don't get it I look forward to drowning my sorrows in RealJock flesh.

What weekend in June is Toronto pride? I might seriously consider going if I can get reliable transportation from Buffalo to Toronto.

You would really like Milwaukee's Pride next weekend, too
