I used it and it works. I was able to gain around 10 lbs in 2 months or so. Most of it during the first 2 weeks. It is really hard to drink cause it makes u feel bloated. I was able to keep the weight too.

Did not do much for strength tho. cheers

I used both Cell-Teck and Muscletech. It was the best thing that I could do. That is what really made me bulk up significantly. It also allowed me to lift more. I took it in "03" and I have maintained my muscle mass.

It's creatine, guys - and if you take it, you add water to your body, specifically in muscle cells. So you get heavier, and you look bigger, and you have the ability to recover from work faster, so you can work harder.

It's the harder work that helps you build & keep what you build. It's the water that adds the weight.

apochromatic may have gained 10 pounds in 2 months - but it was mostly water, not muscle. sorry, apochromatic, but that's the truth. if you worked harder either from the recovery effect of the creatine or because of placebo effect, then you built some muscle and were able to hang onto it - but unless you did some good body composition tests, I wouldn't be too quick to attribute the gain to lean muscle, and that lean muscle to Hardcore.

not sure if it was muscle gain, never claimed that but it does make you gain weight, could be water. Did not improve much strength either.
