Hey guys! I've been going to the gym 3x week for the last 18 months, and seeing some results... which is good for this perpetually skinny guy. (6'0" runner's build) Since most of us here at RealJock.com work out regularly, I've got a question for you:

    - Which of your muscles or body parts currently needs the most work?
    - Which muscle or body part is showing the most improvement?

And "love muscle" is not an acceptable answer, unless of course accompanied by photos. icon_eek.gif

Looks to me like your chest has lost that battle. Very nice!

My shoulders are showing disproportionate results compared to the rest of my body. I need to focus on my legs most, to catch up to the rest of myself.

I have been lucky! My muscles are responding really well, and quickly to my workouts. I wish I could do something about my girly wrists and forearms! They always look great right after I work out, but they deflate faster than I would at the playboy mansion after I get home. icon_razz.gif

Legs are my sweet spot. I can work legs just the slightest bit and they pop and grow. My entire upper body tends to take more work, and shoulders being the worst

Hmmm.....over the past year and a half, I'd say you'd definitely see improvements in my traps, shoulders, lats and abs. Arms and legs have always been strong points. Chest somewhere in between.

I'm prepping for a bodybuilding show in August, so I need lots of work on my overall bodyfat levels between now and then.

I want my torso to V to my hips... Is there a workout that'll help get rid of the kind-of hourglass thing i've got going on?

My ABS could always use some extra help
    but
My arms[front n back] have improved greatly, its gotten to the point where total strangers make their way over to feel them.....Its cool when a hot guy does it but i'd prefer females to keep it movin...unless their gym people too.

The part I need to improve the most are my shoulders. Though legs are always showing improvement, problematically so in fact.

I'm the opposite of what I was when I started working out. Back then I was a rack of ribs with chicken legs and a pancake ass, but man did I ever wonderful abs. Now, I'm very happy with the chest and the legs/butt but the mid section looks like I ate too many barbeque ribs, deep fried chicken legs and syrup soaked pancakes. Time to change my focus. icon_smile.gif
