    Scott shows us a great workout
    and I might be trying to incorporate it into my workouts
    But that alone isn't going to do the trick

    He shows a few things you can add to ANY routine and then make it your own. Who say's that anyone here has to follow a cookie cutter way???...take what you need and go......

    I can take what he shows...I might not follow it. He has some good pointers for all

    I was just being cocky for fun. I'm always adding new things to my workouts. And yeah, he's got some good things I'll be adding here & there. icon_biggrin.gif

    the first few seconds, I thought he was gonna turn into the Hulk or something cause his face / body was slowly turning red and purple and those neck veins didnt help either.

    Sorry guys (and I'm talking to myself here, too) but Scott Hermann is straight as a ruler. He just knows how to work both sides of the fence, a very astute businessman.

    A Google search on his name brings up lots of references but until he's been in bed with me all night and we wake up the next morning in each others' arms (yeah, like that's gonna happen) ...he's straight.
