Thats a scarey thought when that "woman" would make positive comments about any democrat. I guess it shows the discontent the right wingers have with McCain.

Yeah, that video really confused me too, especially considering Coulter's remarks last year that women shouldn't be able to vote because they vote for democrats.

    I love her icon_biggrin.gif

I think she's a fine political comedian. Flame all you'd like but reading her books always makes me laugh.

Laugh?? I wonder if the "9/11 widows" laughed when this person claimed these women were really out to make a profit from their husbands deaths!

This woman isn't a comedian, she's a nasty.. and perverted in some of the things she has said...

I really hope your kidding. I think she embodies the worst of the right winger approach. She makes me laugh as well by how pathetic she is... there are very few people I really despise, but this woman deserves it.icon_evil.gif

Ann Coulter is a looooooooon! You can't take anything she says seriously. I think she's a classic example of not thinking before you speak.

If pressed about other issues Hillary stood for she would have a completely different response.

What do you expect from a right wing blow up sex doll?

It's all in how you take things in.

I view her as nothing more than a comedian. I read her work and laugh to myself. I don't talk about it or agree with anything she spews.

It's like owning a bible. I think a bible is nothing more than a source of conflict. I think its wrong to view it as anything other than copied stories. But I wouldn't say your wrong to own one, so long as you understand its nothing more than a story.

Well Trance, I can see we could have a very interesting conversation on your perceptions and mine... whether it is about a shrew like Ann Coulter or the bible or a half dozen other things...

I'm officially creeped out now. I'd have been less surprised if gravity stopped working and Dubya sounded "intelligunt" in a state of the union address.

You didn't know that in 1983 Ron Paul sponsored a bill in the House of Representatives (H.R. 1341) seeking to repeal the law of gravity?
"The Federal government has no business interfering in nature," he said at the time. (Congressional Record, 99th Congress, pp. 1161-62)

What a lunatic. Almost as bad as voting for Hillary. Haven't you seen what the WSJ and Fox News said? They said she wants to change the US flag and make it red in support of her communist goals! Thanks god in heaven we have good honest folk out there to tell us the real story.

I would laugh if she was actually trying to be funny. And I didn't laugh when she called John Edwards and Al Gore fags on television. I mean, I do realize she doesn't believe in what she's saying, but I don't think she is trying to accomplish laughter. She's obviously a puppet, and whoever is pulling the strings is gunning for Hillary by drawing support from this vile character. I mean, who really wants to be on the same side as Ann Coulter? ;)

She's(Hillary, NOT Coulter) doing much better now, and being a huge Edwards supporter I now have to decide who is the next best thing. Right now I have to say I'm leaning towards Hillary because her policy is more progressive than Obama. He talks about "change" constantly, but speeches are just a sell. 3-4 months ago I would have thought Obama would be an easy second choice, but when you look at the policy(and voting record) and watch the debates you see him repeatedly avoiding discussions on policy and record and steer toward uplifting ideas instead.

Being a staunch Republican, I'm shocked. Inspite of my admiration for Ann, I must disagree with her on this issue. I support Senator McCain because the only issue for me is the war. He is the only candidate running with the knowledge and experience to handle it.
If we lose, no other issue will even matter.

    she is indeed a loon.

i think her plan really is to turn democrats off to clinton. because if clinton is viewed as more conservative than mccain then democrats will then vote for obama who she thinks can be defeated more easily in the general election.

    but that's just my theory.

No, Ann is not off her rocker, nor does she truly hate McCain. She is not a political pundit, nor a thoughtful observer. She is a stand up comedian with terribly unfunny schtick. She is just stretching her 15 minutes of fame a little more by doing this shocking and unexpected thing. Really though, she could be making fart jokes or doing carrot-top prop comedy and this announcement would be just as relevant.

John43620 - What do you mean if we lose (the war in Iraq) We lost when we started that unnecessarry war !!! What have we to win there anyways ? Control of OIL !!!! its a fools verture !!!! All that's been accomplished there is exasserbating the terrorist problem, bushies might as well be in business recruiting for BinLaden (sp?) Because bringing about more hate of nosy Imperialistic Americans, is all that will ever be accomplished by attacking Iraq.
