Random username phenomenon

Has anyone else noticed that about 85% of the people who have the word "swimmer/swim/swimming/swimmerguy" etc. in their profile doesn't have the body that reflects this? I guess I may just be conditioned to expect someone's physique to look a certain way if they consider themselves enough of a swimmer to warrant it as their username.

Either way, just a funny coincidence I've noticed across the gay social networking universe.

You don't have to look like a swimmer to know how to swim.
Kinda like people who buy a camera and call themselves a photographer, yet they look more like a fitness junkie instead of a photographer. Photographers are supposed to be fat and old.

you don't have to be fit to be a swimmer.
but where the whole "random username phenomenon" is huge is with those who have "abercrombie...... " or "hollister....."

No, the best is when it's spelled, "boi."
