just suppose for a second that intelligent life can and will exist on other worlds.

What if in the entirety of the universe that we are the first intelligent beings to actually accomplish space travel?
Are we the ones to share our knowledge and experience with the whole of the universe? Scary or exciting?

Now suppose that we are the last to accomplish this and all the preceding races have already expired. Is that scary or inspiring?

    Just a thought...

I'm still wondering if intelligent life exists here. I can't seem to find it.

What if we are all the preceding races? Now that's food for thought!
