Any fans of Nutella out there? I've been eating the stuff for years, but recently I discovered Pralinutta! It's the Belgian competitor to Nutella. It's actually quite a good deal because it tastes very close to Nutella (although not exactly the same) and is cheaper than Nutella!

No kidding! It's so yummy on just about every type of bread product (among other things!). I no longer eat it every day but several times a week now.

I haven't done it with that particular ice cream, but I've definitely melted Nutella to make a fudge sauce for ice cream and brownies. I'll never buy chocolate syrup again!

This all depends on locale and what supermarket chains are in your state/region. I found Pralinutta at HEB, which is a chain here in Texas.

You'll just have to look around. 9 times out of 10 it should be in the same aisle with Nutella, peanut butter, jelly/jam, all that good stuff. But it's possible for some stores to stick this particular brand in the international/ethnic foods aisle with the European food.

Nutella rocks! I love it on bagels instead of cream cheese or peanut butter. I will look for the Pralinutta. Nutella is a little pricey.

Definitely do that! When I first discovered Pralinutta a couple months ago at the supermarket, I couldn't believe that it was a little over a dollar CHEAPER than Nutella for the same size jar!

    Stick with the real Nutella!

Ferrero is an italian company that owns Nutella and the marketing company i work for is the US representation of it. If u goto any IHOP in the nation they have a Nutella Creepe because of me and my team.

Stick with the real shit! fuck that german crap!

Any imitation of it is bad. This is coming from someone who has lived in Europe for years. Get the real thing, pay the extra dollar; Nutella is Nutella nothing comes close.

Well, no doubt Nutella is the original and the best icon_smile.gif

Although Pralinutta is Belgian, not German.

I was only recommending Pralinutta as a cheaper substitute for Nutella. It's almost a dollar cheaper. But of course, when I feel a little a little more spendy or am willing to cut back on something else, I definitely for the Nutella.

Nevertheless, it really does taste quite close to Nutella. It's also not quite as oily as Nutella can sometimes get after a while.

Unless you've managed to work the nutella into the boy orgasm somehow...

By the way, there's also Nocilla, which is the Spanish competitor to Nutella. From what I remember, Nocilla appeared before Nutella (at least in Spain). Unfortunately I don't recall ever having it when I was little living in Spain because back then it was an expensive product, so my parents never got it. I remember my breakfast back then consisting of toast with a slice of tomato or dried fish.

I guess that might give more boys incentive to swallow, eh?

Ouch Voice22 the marketing just got vicious! :-)

    Belgian is not German!

Sounds like a good product. Also Belgians are very clever with food. If you ever want to blow your training regime I recommend a trip to Brussels over any other city.

Have you noticed that European and Australian Nutella is by far better than U.S. Nutella?
