I have a GREAT peak on my bi's but I can't, for the life of me, extend them to reach all the way down to my joint. I want the connection.

Anybody know some good workouts with a primary purpose to extend the length of your bi's down?

The length of your bi's is genetic. They cannot be extended.
PS. Your bi's are hot. I'd do you in a heartbeat.

You just need to keep at it until they're larger. Dunno why it works that way, but mine looked a bit "short" until they hit 17 inches.

Don't be lifting more than 35 lbs (I rarely go above 25) and go for six or more sets of 20 reps. That'll blow them up nice and big.

Yeah, despite the pier pressure of some of my buddies I go to the gym with, I rarely lift big. I keep it lower weight with high reps and I get a better pump that way.
