I know that a lot of people do stretches and Yoga. I wanted to know if there's a training program just to improve flexibility. I'm noticing that I'm becoming less flexible as I do more strength training. Thanks for any advice!

You already answered your own question: stretching and yoga.

pilates too. also consider weight bearing exercises that incorporate flexibility, such as lunges, squats, plyometrics, etc...

take stretching seriously kay? otherwise you end up in pain. Something that stretches all muscles and something that you will actually do frequently enough for it to work.

I stretch before and after every workout, and between each set.
Off days are spent stretching as well.
But that's just what works for me.

I actually take 1/3 of my workout stretching, it really helps and makes your body more flexible while preventing injurie.

Do you do some kind of warm up first? I've heard it's bad to stretch when your muscles are cold. Is there no truth to that?

One lesser known trick--building muscle through strength training improves flexibility.

Freaky, I was thinking about making a post about this on RJ.

I'm only up to day 4 but I think it's really good (and the guy is cute). I combine it with foam rolling (actually from tptherapy.com so no actual foam involved).

EDIT: I should probably explain what the link is to. It's a new workout every day that always takes less than 10 minutes to do. He explains what to do in a video. It's good, trust me. And you can do it in front of the tv like rolling.
