The one muscle I have struggled with forever is the tricep. Does anyone know the perfect triceps workout?

Just off the top of my head I can think of about 20+ tricep workouts...many more if I think about it long enough.
All of them work great. It takes a combination of exercises to get the best results.

kickbacks, skull crushers, close bench and especially bench/chair dips are my favorite

replace kickbacks (can agitate rotator cuff muscles and elbow joints w/bad form) with a Dumbell French-press:

    Video, and information included.

I've been doing them for years, instead of kickbacks and dips and I feel as though they do more for me.
