    Hi Guys,

Haven't seen any new playlists for awhile. What are you listening to while doing your cardio? Check out some of my new tracks:

    Hope you enjoy!

I've been jamming to a lot of ghetto hoodrat stuff while running like T.I. and The Notorious B.I.G. Also Kid Kudi's debut album is really upbeat and is filled with witty and inspirational lyrics, but he's not really a hoodrat, more prepster, lol. Of course more aggresive/angsty rock stuff like Nirvana and Alanis are always classic, as well as rock stuff with really epic soundscapes like Muse. And of course the capitol GAY stuff like Madonna and Kylie and Britney and Gaga are essential when doing cardio. I have a soft spot for Madonna's Hard Candy album when working out, lol. Sure, it's pretty dire, but it's got a lot of "just do it" songs like "Give It 2 Me" and "4 Minutes".

Hey I like that you chose Memories by Kid Cudi and David Guetta but the remix of that song by Ali Nadem is more heart-pumping I think. Just a personal preference I guess.

I'm in the forefront of the 18th century. My playlist is anything on Pandora's Baroque Chamber Music Station. Locatelli, Vivaldi, Telemann, Albinoni - it doesn't matter. The tempo is nearly uniform and quite rapid. As I spin on, I'll sometimes analyze the structure of the piece as in "here comes the b theme again" or "is this the coda?". The hour goes quickly.

When I teach lately I find that using harder rock etc. really helps a lot..I don't do step cardio do more athletic conditioning and bootcamp type stuff and my favourite workout song right now is 'Dragula' by Rob Zombie as well as 'Du Hast' by Rammstein[the greatest workout song ever written]

By the way am I the only gay man here who doesn't like step cardio and has no coordination for it? My boss at work doesn't understand why I dance like a straight guy and that I prefer crossfit, bootcamp and I do a lot of Sport conditioning[something I love] its funny we laugh about it, but it really confuses her.. she keeps yelling 'Go Billy go' Like I'm a dyslexic Billy Elliott but it really does confuse her,,...which is fine, I get all the Sport conditioning classes and clients who want that..so it works out but ..

Billy Squiers 'Everybody Wants You' is also a great one an oldie but goodie..
