OK, so I'm dating myself, but when that boogie-fever music comes on "I feel like dancing."

Thriller, ABBA, Queen, Bohemian Rhapsody, Donna Summer, Madona, Gwen Stefani, Lady Gaga, and any number of other tunes that I can't think of right now... but you know what I mean.

I try not to break out into full-on SNF with John Travolta, but you gotz to admit that the rhythm is captivating. Usually I confine it to a little surreptitious weight-shifting from one foot to another between sets, but sometimes it gets too tempting.

Anybody else ever have this problem, that will admit it?

    I’ll admit it.
Two women last week were laughing at me.
I think with the work-out high it is impossible to stop.
I also find myself sing at the top of my lungs, in the car on the way home…feels great

I say fuckit and enjoy yourself!!! I catch myself singing or something out loud on the treadmill and the people look over at me, and I just smile and keep on getting, they smile back.

I figure it'll be something they can talk to their friends about later that day, haha

Dance like nobody is watching, but dance well like they are.
