Beating the Hunger

    Hey guys,

    I know what I'm talking about when it comes to fitness & nutrition, but lately I've been having a rough time taming the hunger.

    I don't know what to do, and it seems like I'm always hungry. Any suggestions or advice?

    Your body is telling you something...
    eat...
    but make it healthy and eat smart
    lean meats...vegetables...and fruit
    no breads
    no fats
    and nothing processed

    Maybe you're dehydrated? When you feel hungry, have a big glass of water, and give it ten minutes. If you still feel hungry, you probably are, and ought to eat a bit of something, but, as GQ said, go healthy
