I got a recommendation from a friend to try this supplement. I am normally anti-supplements because I like to gain muscle mass naturally and stick to a healthy and naturaly (and delicious) diet. Has anyone heard anything about this? I am not sure whether or not it is worth looking into.

Yes I use this creatine. Been taking the artic ice flavor for about a year and half and definitely saw increased strength over the previous creatine I was using.

Takes some time getting used to. Have to drink it during your workout, mixing it with about 24-32 oz of water.

Recently they just changed the formula and split the creatine product into 2. I have not yet purchased the new kind yet but I think maximum performance size on is the one to get unless you are trying to get super lean.

Isn't it cheaper to divide what's in SizeOn or any other those intra or post-workout formuals and buy them separately?
