On Strength Foundation 12-week plan and losing body fat

    Hello,

    So I decided for this summer to do the workout plan offered by RealJock,, however I don't know how successful the plan would be because no one on here has really commented on the results.

    I'm still undecided whether to try this or just do a basic 3-day split from the get-go. I'm looking to lose body fat and gain/build muscle so I'm not sure if this would complicate things also.

    If anyone has any tips, suggestions, or comments they'd be GREATLY appreciated.

    hey any kind of weights with cardio ur going to lose weight..its all in the diet man . so just pick a program eat clean foods and lift heavy and do cardio with intenisty and u got this!
