Basically post any fitness goals you planned out for yourself today and say if you completed them or not.

Today, on my way back to my hotel room, i was waiting for the elevator and i decided to take the stairs....all the way up to Penthouse, 34 floors up!!

I COMPLETED IT, but i stopped running about 10 flights up and paced the rest....haha

Workout of the day at the gym today involves rope climbing -- by golly, I will finish the darn rope climb, every set, every rep even if I have massive rope burns!
    BRING IT!

    For time:
    Row 30 calories
    95 pound Thruster, 30 reps
20 foot Rope climb, 3 ascents
    30 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood
    Row 20 calories
    115 pound Thruster, 20 reps
20 foot Rope climb, 2 ascents
    20 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood
    Row 10 calories
    135 pound Thruster, 10 reps
20 foot Rope climb, 1 ascent
    10 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood

Going to be a long day for me.......

I'm doing 3 work outs today:

1.) 15 minute work out I designed which involved jump squats across the room, walking lunges, squats with shoulder press and then 50 crunches...takes 15 minutes and you sweat like crazy!

2.) 20 minute work out: run 6 blocks to the beach, then run up the stairs that lead to the sand 10X. I do double steps which is about 40 steps.

    3.) P90X Legs and back :-)

    GOOD LUCK TO YOU ALL!

I had pilates class this morning for an hour, and I am about to leave for another workout class that last two hours, 5-7pm (where I'm basically the instructor's assistant, so I'll probably really only do about an hour of legs tonight).

Today was supposed to be 45 minutes on back and core, but I felt like shit after work. It was fixable with a shower, food, and an hour nap, but didn't have time for that before the gym closed.

So, alternative: Cardio 'till burnout on the elliptical in the hotel.
