i'm not like a long haul truck driver... but i do deliveries for an un-named beverage company (no i don't drink soda they just pay my bills). after waking up at 5:30 to be on the road at 7 then back home by 4 i don't have a lot left before i put myself to bed by 9:30. I try to go on a good hour or two hike with the dogs at least 3 times a week if not more and i play volleyball with some friends every tuesday. I'm active and i do see that when i'm good about staying active i slim down... i know i'm not fat but i don't have the energy to bulk up... i mean... just a little.

any suggestions? yeah i'm sure there are people that always ask for magical workouts they can do while watching tv to get ripped... i know it's not like that. but being behind the wheel for at least 6 hours a day makes it hard to hit the gym after. if you do have any ideas for a little body building for me keep in mind i like to incorporate my dogs into my workouts... because i want them to stay healthy and fit as much as i am! haha
