    What am I doing wrong?
I put in my user name and password like it prompts and then it keeps asking me to verify my password....when I go to access the same identical account from work or any other computers in my same house same network, no problems......WTF?

Is there a "virus" that redirects and steals the information? How would I know? I have anti -virus software and it is working and up to date...but I am really tired of not having access on my personal and preferred computer in my room....HELP!
    Thanks..

I just got an email notice a few days ago saying my Yahoo password had been changed. It was not a "verification of authenticity" email of the change, instead it was just a notice that the change had been made.

I don't login much anyway, but I'll call them later today and see what the fuck is going on.

Do you have cookies disabled? If yes, then you need to enable them. Yahoo periodically sets new cookies and if your browser is rejecting them, then you will get the password verification prompt all the time.

Just enable cookies. Log in, check your mail, log out. That should be enough to refresh the new cookies. After that, you can disable cookies again, if you choose.
