anyone know of any good circuit training programs? i've gogled and googled but can't seem to find one i like. i'd prefer one that can be done outside of a gym with enough variety and muscle confusion to not bore me or my muscles.

any help would be really appreiated!

    thanks! icon_biggrin.gif

some sets may need equipment, some doesn't, so you can create your own plans and sets accordingly, but everything you could ever need is here:

I never saw crossfit in action 'till a couple weeks ago. The class was out in the parking lots doing their pushups and stuff...in the middle of a thunderstorm. Uh, no crossfit for me. At least not THAT class. icon_lol.gif
