I can't help but feel that it's LACK OF EXERCISE and POOR DIET that keeps fat people fat or fatter people fatter, whatever the case may be. I've never been overweight so I don't know what it's like to lose 20% of my body weight but I can't imagine you'd feel better with more weight on than off (esp if those extra pounds put you in the overweight category).
Even when I gain 5 extra pounds I feel sluggish, I always feel better when they're gone.
I know this was from Woman's Health, but I figure it applies to men too.
What'd you guys think?
