I have noticed that my appetite has literally hit a plateau. During the first two months of me working out, getting a routine, my appetite almost doubled. Not anymore.
Does your body go through fazes?
What can I do to increase my appetite?
I drink protein shakes before and after my sessions and thought that might be an issue but I have done that since the beginning and it hasn't affected my appetite before.
What do you do to increase your appetite???

I'm a hardcore foodie, with food being my primary sensual pleasure. But, even I have days where I look in the fridge and say, "Ugh!" On those days, I might only snack a bit, here and there. And, yeah, I usually don't have as good a workout the next time I hit the gym. However, I find that the depletion from those workouts kick starts my appetite.

I should also add that my trainer says I under-eat, even when I'm eating to satiety and eating what I consider to be quite a lot of food. Apparently, serious body building requires shovelling in the food, even if you're not hungry. Personally, I'm not willing to destroy the pleasure of food in the name of building muscle, and that may be part of why I'm such a hard gainer. But, then, I'm not going for huge, so it's not a big issue for me.

I'm constantly hungry. Maybe you are not doing enough exercise.
