I'm actually just stuck between to weight increments and it's awkward.

I'm like the definition of an ectomorph so my muscles seem to be really particular about exactly how much I'm lifting. We have weights at home that I'm using for triceps right now and I'm using 5lb as a warm up weight. I can get to like 13-15 on that, but then I try to use 10lb and that's way too heavy to do in proper form.

The problem is that the weight plates we have, the smallest increment is 2.5. I have two on the 5lb one (since, clearly, 2.5 x 2 = 5) but how do I get between 5lb and 10lb if we only have 2.5s!? do I just put one 2.5 on one side of the 5lb weight?

I feel like this is a really stupid question lol
