Has anyone had much success without using supplements in their fitness regime? I'm thinking of coming off supplements all together for a few reasons:
    1) Costs, I've spent over $120 (USD) a month at one time to purchase supplements. Money could be used else where especially with me starting a new budgeting experience which sucks....
    2) Timing, some supplements keep you up hella late into the morning hours, when I should be sleeping.
3)Practicality-Is it worth it being built if you have to take a set of supplements.

As it stands now, I take Fish oil, Multi-Vit, Oxy Elite Pro, and Jack3d, currently off cycle on OxyElite Pro

I've had much luck coming off the mass stack and found it help me put on more water than anything. So I'm toying with the idea of no supplements whatsoever in my head.

    Feedback, greatly appreciated.

    Cheers

Coffee, tea, espresso = natural energy
Nuts, beef jerky, milk, etc. = natural protein.
Supplements = thing of the past for me.

hmmm..... simple solutions that work. are you in the right place?

I've heard that push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups, and lunges work to without any additional equipment.

Not simple solutions...just small pieces to a larger puzzle.
Got any pieces you wanna throw in? icon_wink.gif

You know I remember during basic (For Air Force it's cake really) it was all we really did and most of the guys were in good shape (communal showers). I don't want to test this no equipment thing just yet. I suppose if Tae-Bo worked for so many folks there can be something to it.

I cut out supplements a few months ago. No more protein, no creatine, no glutamine, other than what's in the real food I eat. Feel great.
