Just started androderm. Just curious what experiences others have had that have been on it longer.

no offense, but unless you're hypogonadic it won't do anything for you... and even then it's only a small difference. i was on the strongest patch and used 2-3 of them a day and still only saw a minimal effect. plus, application sites left really bad rashes. can i ask under reasons are you taking it?

I have to give myself injections. At first I used the gel, but my skin would not absorb it well enough. I get much better results by sticking a really big needle in my thigh once a week.

That's mighty darned impressive for a man who's 94 years old!

I hated the gel....such a mess!! I went to see an Endocrinologist and after some blood tests put me on 200mg every two weeks. I'm able to pin myself in the keester...and damn if I don't feel back to normal!!

I have to take the patch because my T levels are less than half of low normal. All causes were ruled out. I tried all the alternative meds, exercises, and it stayed below normal for two years. Actually it dropped a little further. Getting old can really suck. Actually I use the patch, not the gel. Androgel is does not work the same as Androderm. Studies have shown the gel is not as well absorbed and does not keep constant serum levels. Androderm on the other hand is very well absorbed and keeps much better serum levels. I researched the other alternatives such as the shots, there is a pill you keep on your gums for a day, pellets, etc. This seemed the best route for me so far. No mood swings after two weeks, and I do notice my muscle recovery to be much faster. True effects I guess will be shown in the lab tests in two months.

I've used and still do use the gel. It raised my T levels to acceptable range. I just don't like having to rub it in everyday.

When I was in my 20s, I couldn't keep it down. I remember having to discreetly cover myself with a book if I ever had to get up to speak. I guess, the one thing age did bring was a little control (although it might be nice to get hard at literally a moment's notice).

Just tried p-boost after reading some reviews about it. Worked good but pretty pricey. The trial was free but you have to pay for the shipping which was quick. Anyone know any coupon codes for p-boost.com?
