Good game for a Superbowl. I'm partial living 5 mins from where they play. Anyone else enjoy the game?

Great game indeed. Which is a welcome change. All I remember about last year's game is the Colts won, and well, Rex Grossman was the Chicago qb. Congrats to all the NY fans. I don't think I've ever seen a better catch than the one by Tyree (sp?) at the end of the game. How he held on to it while being snapped in half is beyond me.

I think he was singing "Jesus Take the Ball".

Wasn't that a Carrie Underwood song when she dated Romo? Oh wait...that was T.O. take the wheel...no...it was Jesus take the wheel.

From all the replays from all the angles shown on sportscasts, it looked more like he was simply practicing the ancient art of smashing beer cans into the side of one's head.

I wanted the Patriots to win, but the Giants ate 'em up...

I think the MVP Award should have gone collectively to the Giants Defense, specifically the front four...

No defensive line has dominated the Pats like that all year...Congrats!

I am a big Giants fan, have been my whole life, so I thought the game was awesome! The Patriots probably should not have been 12 point favourites considering the Giants almost beat them the final game of the season and then won 3 straight playoff games on the road. The last two against Dallas and Green Bay were especially tough.

The Giants defence was amazing but I have no problems with Eli Manning winning MVP (he is kind of cute to).

There were a lot of anti-Patriots folks at the party I was at. They were downright cruel.

I was for the Patriots, and yea it really sucks to have to hear all tthe people hating on them....everywhere I go. I live in Cincinnati, not NY.

I would have rather see history be made again than just another Underground story...guess there is some History there.

Funny, Giants are like my second favorite team so...I guess I should be happy they won.

The game was an instant classic and it contained one of the great "Holy Shit!" moments in sports history -- the Manning to Tyree play on the last drive. And Belichick is such an asshole I was glad to see him lose.

I enjoyed the game except for the breaks where GM attempts to show 20 mpg Land Yachts and non existent plug-ins that will change the world. Wewt. So instead of single guys rolling around in 12 mpg Caddy's with chrome rims now they can get a 20 mpg one AND drive it in the HOV lane!

They even gave one of those 6000 lb luxury whales away as an MVP award icon_rolleyes.gif

The Patriots had one of the best offensive line ups. I agree with Veniceman. I feel like not enough credit ever goes to the defensive in general, but this Giants defense was awesome!!icon_exclaim.gif
