Begins Monday the 21st. Picks? Remember this is grass.

Men: Roger rules this surface, but can be beaten. Final with him and Rafa with Roger winning.

Women: Venus does better on this surface than Serena. If her game holds up, I pick Venus

Doubles-Men: Hope the Bryan brothers get back on track. With a win here, they could become the all time doubles grand slam team in the Open era.

Doubles-Women: Venus and Serence are #1 in the world as of the win at the French and are going for their 5th consecutive title.

I am still rooting for Soderling. As for players like Roddick and Hewitt, I'll need to see them actually play well before I believe they'll do anything but be owned by Federer and Nadal as usual in the majors.

I agree with the assessment for Venus, but I'm watching out for Stosur as well.

So glad that Federer pulled off the win today! I'm guessing that either Federer or Nadal wins it. As for the girls, my pick is Venus vs Serena in the finals with Venus winning.

Anyone else watching the epic match still going on between John Isner and Frenchman Nicolas Mahut? Nine and a half hours and still going, six hours of that from the fifth set alone. 55-55 and still going. Isner served almost a hundred aces. All relevant records broken. This is a real match for the ages and no end in sight still.... It might even be suspended for darkness for a second time.

How do you even keep focus and concentration at this point?

Monday at Wimbledon, called the "Greatest Day in Tennis", saw the fall of Andy Roddick, but all 4 top seeds are still in it and could be in the semi finals. Sam Querry is also out so there is no American male left in the Men's Draw.

Venus and Serena are still on pace for an All Williams final.

The Bryan brothers are still in it in Men's Doubles.

The Williams sisters are still in it in Women's Doubles and on pace for a grand slam in doubles if they win here and the U.S. Open.

Often not talked about, there are still Americans left in the Boy's singles, Girl's singles and the double's draw. I pay attention to this to see if the next generation of American players can restore our tennis greatness.

So, more upset news from Wimbledon. After Kim Clijsters and Venus Williams tumbled in the same day as Andy Roddick, the Williams sisters has bowed out in doubles, and Tomas Berdych is going to be playing in his second straight Grand Slam semi-final after ousting six-time Wimbledon champ Roger Federer in 4 sets. Novak Djokovic, however, has avoided an upset by Lu, the guy who fell Roddick, beating him in straight sets.

I was shocked when I saw Venus and Serena lose the doubles game and while I was pulling for Berdych, it was a little unnerving to see Roger get rattled. But not only did Roger Federer lose the game, he is no longer number 2 in the world. With him losing and Djokovic winning, Djokovic is now the world number 2! And he won today in straight sets. Andy Murray kept Great Britain's hopes alive by beating Tsonga. So...

Rafa vs Andy and Berdych vs Djokovic-I want Andy to win, but I think the final will be Rafa and Djokovic.

Clearly in the women's draw, I'm with Serena all the way, but the last couple of days makes me nervous for her.

Men's Doubeles--The Bryan Brothers are out!

One American left in the boys draw-Denis Kudla

One American left in the girls draw-Sloane Stephens

Perhaps this is a changing of the guard... i hope so where Roger is concerned although he strikes the ball beautifully. The dude looks effortless

But I hope not where Serena is concerned.

Well, the men's semi-finals will be great.

I am over the shock of the American performance. Only 2 remain in line for a title:

Serena for the ladies singles title (Vera shouldn't be a problem)

and Sloane Stephens. Though she is out of the girl's singles, she is still in the hunt for a doubles title with a Hungarian player Timea Babos.

We realised this a very long ago, we were wondering when the rest of the world are going to realise that we already know.

Nadal said, as many will agree with him, that he knows for sure that Andy Murray will win a grand slam tournament and he will win Wimbledon one day. I concur.

The woman that Serena beat was part of the Russian team that beat her and her sister. They were in the final today and not only did she lose the ladies final, she and her partner lost the doubles title. Double whammy handed to her today.
