I recently started hitting the gym hard. Trying to gain 10 lbs of muscle and finding it particularly difficult. But I have a positive outlook on life. Hoping to gain more muscle over the course of the next few months. Any tips are truly appreciated!

10/01/2012 update: I've added about 5 lbs. of muscles. Still looking to gain at least another 5 by the end of the year... any tips are appreciated.
