Looking for a workout buddy!
I am seriously committed to working out and making a change. I work out in the evenings after work around 6 p.m., and on weekends. I regularly do cardio (elliptical / treadmill / bicycle for 20 minutes) and weights at least 3x a week. I’m not all that familiar with building mass or a nutrition program to support that...yet, but I’m working on that now. My new goals are to bulk up about 10 pounds and would like to focus my workouts with a dependable partner with similar fitness goals as often as possible. Perhaps we could learn more together?
