I am of Irish/Czech/Greek/English ancestry. Majored in film, originally from Southern California, I have lived in Seattle since 1998. I am also down in Portland Oregon visiting family a few times a year.
Currently my strength training routine consists of bodyweight exercises such as pullups, push-ups, chinups and dips along with some classic compound exercises like squats, overhead presses and deadlifts using fairly light weight. I do a fair bit of walking for cardio and have recently re-introduced some jogging into my workout as well. Provided the weather permits, I prefer doing my walking/jogging in a nearby forested park as opposed to on a treadmill. I am where I want to be BMI (weight) wise right now so just focused on staying toned, conditioned and injury free and not interested in pushing myself to the max of human endurance anymore.
