ABOUT ME

Just a guy with some old fashioned values, a hint of morals, and a grasp on ethics. Back at the gym after 2 years. Recently joined the local gay rugby team after completing the Strength Building 12 Week Workout, and now I'm about to start the Strong & Lean Workout. It's a lot of hard work and sweat, and even a little grumbling, but it's all totally worth it.
