I'm almost 40...big milestone for me. At the start of my 12 year plus relationship I was trim and in shape. I have gotten way too comfortable and way too big. I really want to live a long happy life from this point forward and need to get back in shape to make that happen. What better place than here in a community of other guys with a common interest - to be healthy and in shape. I want to be back as close as possible to my pre-relationship status. Back then I weighed 170 lbs and had a 30" waist and I exercised every single day and LOVED IT.
